The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)+ SDVOSB Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) is a Government-wide, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) acquisition program for services.

The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)+ SDVOSB Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) is a Government-wide, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) acquisition program for services. The program is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for commercial and non-commercial requirements, all contract types and pricing determined at the task order level to achieve a total solution. Maximum Ceiling. As authorized by CD-2023-01, there is no maximum dollar ceiling for the Master Contract or for each individual task order.

Provide comprehensive support for analyzing and improving supply chain efficiency, covering all aspects of logistics planning, procurement, and management.

"VECTOR"

Services include evaluating VA systems, personnel, and resources involved in supply movement and procurement, as well as overseeing the transformation of raw materials into finished products and coordinating with channel partners. Support includes demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and balancing supply with VA requirements. Additional services encompass inventory management, risk mitigation, vendor evaluation, cost control, and quality measurement of supplies. Offer expert consultation on identifying inefficiencies, recommending process improvements, and sharing industry best practices to optimize VA supply chain operations and quality management.

Seaport-NxG

Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Office of Naval Research, or the United States Marine Corps may use this IDIQ for the purpose of acquiring services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON) ordering activities.

"Seaport-NxG"

Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Office of Naval Research, or the United States Marine Corps may use this IDIQ for the purpose of acquiring services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON) ordering activities. Services within the 2 Categories with 23 functional area subcategories identified below may be performed under this contract for new and existing product areas, programs, or missions, which are assigned to these activities during the life of the contract.

This Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) functions as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST).​

eFAST is the FAA's preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. eFAST supports the following contract types:
