eFAST is the FAA's preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. eFAST supports the following contract types: Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Labor Hour, and others as appropriate.

ISCI was awarded the $5 Billion Navy's Seaport-NxG electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. Seaport-NxG provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation. The Seaport-NxG portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses.

ISCI was awarded the VA VECTOR prime contract with a ceiling value of $25 Billion in Service Group 5 – Supply Chain (Logistics Support). The contractor provides services as they relate to the discipline of supply chain management concepts to include but not limited to process improvement, cold chain management, delivery and storage of goods, and cost benefit analytical studies. Currently ISCI holds 3 separate task orders supporting VISN 23, VISN 15, and VISN 5. Our support includes providing Supply Technicians supporting the medical delivery of supplies and services to each VISN.

ISCI, AS A Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) was awarded the GSA MAS contract on April 13, 2021, in the Information Technology Category. The GSA MAS provides less administrative time and contract documentation since the master contract is managed by GSA. This is a low-cost vehicle with pre-negotiated rates for all Federal, State and Local government to acquire IT Services within a broad category of disciplines.
