Monitoring, Testing, Independent Verification and Validation (IV & V)

ISCI provides Quality Assurance oversight through our implementation of a web-based SAP Strategy management Systme. The system once implemented, gives insight into the performance of various IT projects. Our unique capability allows Contractor performance to be viewed by government project managers and department managers right from their desktop via web interface and enables real time monitoring of work performance.

ISCI's Quality Managment Systme (QMS) allows the ISCI Team to configure data feeds directly from a software system or from an on-line SQL or Oracle database. With this raw data, we can tailor reports that are displyed via a dashboard on the manager's desktop. The information displayed allows the manager to modify their view of the world to satisfy specific areas of responsibility or interest. With an overview of the entire system, a manger can drill down into information as necessary to verify problem areas before they become major issues. (brochure)

Using Industry Best Practices To Provide Confidence In A Product's Suitability
ISCI believes that IT Quality Assurance is more than simply implementing network processes. It is about the persistent attention to constantly evolving system needs, understanding and fulfilling business objectives, the continual implementation of next generation technologies, and maintenance of a complete system. Understanding these fundamental goals is what allows ISCI to provide enhanced technology products and quality service.

ISCI’s Quality Assurance Oversight is offered through our implementation of a web-based Strategy Management System. This system provides insight into the performance of various IT projects. It’s unique capability of linking goals, initiatives, and metrics allows department or project managers to review contractor performance from a desktop via the web interface and enables real-time monitoring of work performance.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) allows the ISCI team to configure data feeds directly from a software system, on-line SQL, or database. With this raw information ISCI can tailor reports to be displayed via a dashboard on a managers desktop. The report then allows managers to tailor their own view of the information to satisfy specific areas of responsibility or interest. With this customizable overview of their entire system, managers can be instantly alerted to possible areas of concern & take a proactive approach to resolve any situation before it can become a problem.
